Завтра Рождество. Печем Рождественский штоллен. Упрощенный рецепт. Замачиваем сухофрукты, примерно 600 г, потом промакиваем бумажным. Опара: 160 мл. теплого молока, 1 пачка дрожжей, 3 столовые ложки сахара. Ставим на 20 минут. Тесто: 250 г. Растопленного сливочного масла, 1 яйцо, мука примерно 4,5 стакана, соль 1 чайная ложка. Перемешиваем и добавляем опару, ставим на 1 час. Через час тесто должно подняться, добавляем сухофрукты и пряности, у меня готовая для Шарлотки, половину пачки добавила. Вымешиваем и ставим еще на 1 час. Через 1 час делим тесто на 2 части и формируем 2 батона, кладем на бумагу для выпечки и даем постоят минут 20-30. Потом ставим в духовку при 180 °. Печем минут 40. Вынимаем и пока горячие промазываем сливочным маслом и обильно посыпаем сахарной пудрой. Укрываем и кушаем только завтра.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
