3 февраля Самара практически оказалась погребена под тоннами снега. К такому были не готовы не только жители, но и коммунальные службы.

Сейчас в уборке улиц Самары задействовали 485 единиц техники и 3412 человек.

По словам властей, коммунальные службы перевели на круглосуточный режим работы, но никто этого не заметил. Дворы и тротуары завалены снегом, выйти из дома практически невозможно.

Вот такое бесплатное развлечение в виде полосы препятствий организовали чиновники для жителей. Не исключено, что может случится какая-то трагедия. Мало ли что на голову упадет с крыши.

Если губернатор Самары даже уборку снега организовать не может, как с другими проблемами справляться тогда?

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
