Давайте говорить прямо - виноват конкретно Президент. Это его кадровые решения и безволие, привели к катастрофе в управлении. И не только в МО, во всех сферах. Везде одни технократы и KPI, вместо реальной работы. Не говоря уже о тотальной коррупции. Воруйте, но, хоть бы дело делали. А так - а так, видим то что видим. Президенту пора признать свои ошибки, покаяться в них перед нами, и начать их исправлять. А мы поддержим.
