Вдвойне это будет примечательно, если вспомнить, что параллельно администрация Муравленко уже в четвертый (!!!) раз отменила конкурс на строительство детской школы искусств почти за 1,5 миллиарда, а на капремонт улицы в Яр-Сале за 414 миллионов не было подано ни одной заявки.
Удивительно скрытных, экономных и везучих подрядчиков нашли для реабилитационного центра.
