В Красноярском крае ещё одна крупная свалка вошла в перечень объектов накопленного вреда для ликвидации. Она находится рядом с посёлком Хатанга. Ее площадь составляет аж 19 тысяч квадратных метров, а размещено там 39 тысяч кубометров мусора. Размеры просто колоссальные.
Результаты исследований показали, что объект оказывает значительное негативное влияние на окружающую среду. В частности, в почве зафиксированы значительные превышения концентраций нефтепродуктов и сурьмы. Ликвидировать свалку будут за счёт федерального бюджета.
И ведь всегда так. Региональные чиновники под руководством губернатора Усса запускают ситуацию, а потом просят помощи у Центра. Неужели так сложно выполнять свои прямые обязанности? Нужно предотвращать проблемы, а не исправлять последствия.
