«Канопус-В»-О: новые спутники ускорят мониторинг России до 2,5 часов

На международной выставке в Египте впервые показали макет нового российского спутника дистанционного зондирования Земли «Канопус-В»-О. Шесть таких аппаратов смогут отслеживать территорию страны несколько раз в сутки с большой скоростью обновления данных — каждые 2,5 часа.

С помощью новых спутников можно будет оперативно обнаруживать лесные пожары, фиксировать тепловые аномалии и контролировать вредные выбросы. Это позволит значительно быстрее реагировать на чрезвычайные ситуации и минимизировать их последствия для людей и природы 🛰

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
