Первые три дня тендер на $12,78 млн болтался без техдокументации. Когда ТЗ, наконец, появилось – в нем исчезла DRM-система (Digital Rights Management) защиты контента "Электра" (переоформленная "Ротек" франко-американская DRM Verimatrix). За это ПО подрядчики подали на "Ростелек" в ФАС
В тендере теперь – Widevine – DRM для браузеров Google Chrome и Firefox, а еще – пЕндосовский же Watermarking. Т. е. "главный цифровой партнер государства" (самоназвание РТК) вновь играет тендер без российской системы DRM-защиты, хотя их в реестре Минцифры – несколько штук. Точнее – продолжает поддерживать инотехнологии народным рублем

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
