Цель к 2026 - улучшить этот показатель до "менее 0.5". Достичь этого можно несколькими путями: с одной стороны, форсируя развитие и ввод новой УДС, с другой - успокаивая и оптимизируя движение на УДС существующей.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
