Суд признал их виновными по статье о пропаганде нацистской символики (ч.1 ст.20.3 КоАП РФ). По данным суда, студенты громко произносили лозунг в коридоре и лифте университета в присутствии других молодых людей. Как пояснили задержанные, они обсуждали новости об СВО и использовали приветствие в шутливой форме. Они также подчеркнули, что не поддерживают и осуждают сам смысл лозунга.
Напомним, что в правоохранительные органы из-за лозунгов студентов в среду, 12 февраля, обратился заместитель проректора по безопасности. После этого 13 февраля студентов задержали. В самом университете их действия расценили как хулиганство.
