В данной ситуации рекомендую писать жалобы в центральный аппарат ФАС России на действия электронной площадки Росэлторг, чтобы обязать площадку устранить допущенные нарушения, отменить протоколы Заказчиков по уклонистам и продлить сроки подписания контрактов и договоров
