Да, я голосовал за "Метеор" просто потому, что я нижегородец, мы - столица Приволжского федерального округа, "Метеор" - наша гордость, Ростислав Алексеев у нас повсюду, его дочь сотрудничает с нашим университетом и не раз приходила к студентам, а наследие Ростислава Алексеева активно изучалось нашими историками. Это был великий инженер-конструктор, загубленный брежневской советской властью, которая и свела его в могилу.
Но все-таки ничего лучше нынешнего дизайна с Ярославлем и Ярославом Мудрым уже не придумать.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
