Поводом для взыскания стало нахождение на спальном месте в дневное время. До этого Любшин отравился едой из столовой, и три дня страдал рвотой и поносом, у него была высокая температура и он мог пить только чай. Перед водворением в ШИЗО не провели медицинское освидетельствование.
