Заявление поступило в арбитражный суд Москвы 31 мая. Ранее в сообщении на Федресурсе о намерении обратиться в суд с этим заявлением Блиновская указала своими кредиторами Федеральную налоговую службу и банк ВТБ. Размер задолженности не уточнялся.
На прошлой неделе на заседании суда общей юрисдикции, рассматривавшего апелляцию на продление ареста Блиновской, были оглашены данные стороны защиты, согласно которым блогер оплатила >140 млн руб налоговых задолженностей.
