Иск поступил в арбитражный суд Москвы 2 октября. Предмет и основания исковых требований в карточке дела не сообщаются.
Ответчиками указаны нидерландские Shell Global Solutions International B.V., Shell Exploration And Production Services B.V., Shell International Exploration And Production B.V., Shell Sakhalin Services B.V., Shell Sakhalin Holdings B.V., британские Shell, Shell Energy Europe Ltd и российское ООО «Шелл Нефтегаз Девелопмент».
Третьими лицами истец просит привлечь к делу ООО «Газпром Экспорт», министерство энергетики РФ, ООО «Сахалинская энергия», бермудскую Sakhalin Energy Investment Co. Ltd и правительство Сахалинской области.
Оператором проекта «Сахалин-2» летом 2023 г. по указу президента вместо бермудской Sakhalin Energy Investment стало российское ООО «Сахалинская энергия». Японские Mitsui и Mitsubishi согласились на смену юрисдикции и сохранили доли в проекте (12,5% и 10%), Shell, на которую приходилось 27,5%, отказалась. В итоге эта доля перешла «Газпрому», крупнейшему участнику проекта (77,5%). А40-241354/2024

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
