Всего в текущем году органами прокуратуры пресечено свыше 7,8 тыс. нарушений в рассматриваемой сфере, для устранения которых внесено более 3,1 тыс. представлений, принесено 252 протеста, по постановлениям прокуроров к административной ответственности привлечено 706 должностных и юридических лиц, по материалам прокурорских проверок возбуждено 26 уголовных дел.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
