Лично по мне - это полнейший бред сивой кобылы. Прежде чем запретить, надо обеспечить доступность служебного транспорта, но такой доступности нет, слишком его мало и много мороки с оформлением документов.
Я предложил всем, кого знаю помочь в освещении проблемы, но никто мне не может выслать полного приказа и взять на себя ответственность за слова. Все только ноют о том, что им хуёво. Ну ездят на тех, кто возит, а потому: не хуй ныть, пишите рапорта на выдачу блядь лошадей.
