А зарабатывать надо прямо сейчас, хоть на собственном населении, хоть по афганской модели: - для начала, вместо опиумного мака одобрят марихуану, а дальше - как пойдет.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
