Кокосовый йогурт в рецепте можно заменить на любой другой живой продукт (с небольшим сроком годности - 5-7 дней). А семена льна не уступают чиа. И, конечно, напоминаю, что все десерты мы съедаем до 15 ч.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
