Депутаты поддержали идею законодательного закрепления понятия «перечень СЗЛС»
Комитет Госдумы по охране здоровья поддержал правительственный законопроект, в котором предлагается закрепить в нормативной базе понятие «перечень стратегически значимых лекарственных средств» (СЗЛС). По мнению депутатов, законопроект обеспечит применение правила «второй лишний» при закупках лекарств. Утверждать перечень СЗЛС, а также порядок и критерии его формирования сможет правительство.
Предлагаемая дата рассмотрения проекта в первом чтении – 25 февраля 2025 года.

Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
