Фицо и раньше выражал недовольство бандеровщиной. Что неудивительно, ибо на Волыни в 1943-1944 гг. убивали не только поляков, но и чехов со словаками. А бандеровский террор существовал и в Словакии.
Впрочем, сейчас Фицо мог это сказать потому, что что-то знает об украинском следе в покушении на него. Заукраинский очевиден, ибо преступник - открытый русофоб и заукраинец... Вот словацкий премьер дополнительно озлобился на Украину.
Понятно, что никакого практического значения его слова не возымеют. И вряд ли он сам на что-то здесь рассчитывал. Хотя нашим ушам, конечно, приятно это слышать из уст премьера страны ЕС и НАТО.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
