Oggi ho fatto finalmente l'abbonamento allo sport e sono andata in palestra ad arrampicarmi... Che bello ✨ Mi sento molto meglio adesso. Ora posso andare anche alla palestra sotto casa mia quando voglio! Andare in sauna quando voglio! Lo trovo piuttosto meraviglioso... Qui a Berlino ho veramente qualsiasi cosa per potermi prendere cura di me, del mio corpo, della mia salute, del mio lavoro, delle mie amicizie, della mia creatività. Mi trovo a volte a piangere dalla felicità e dalla gratitudine, mi sento proprio toccata e commossa da quanto la mia vita è diventata bella. 🤍 Voglio crescere, diventare grande, affidabile e responsabile, in salute e creativa, voglio essere un flusso di piacere e connessione... Io voglio vivere. Non voglio più sopravvivere. E questo l'ho sempre saputo, e finalmente è arrivato il momento di metterlo veramente in pratica.
