Внезапно суд вернул в прокуратуру дело против экс-директора первоуральского «Водоканала»

На сегодня было назначено оглашение приговора Артуру Гузаирову, обвиняемому в халатности, превышении должностных полномочий и фальсификации доказательств по делу, но оно не состоялось.

Перед началом заседания Первоуральский городской суд «заминировали» и эвакуировали, а когда оно всё-таки началось, судья Елена Зиннурова неожиданно для собравшихся удовлетворила ходатайство адвоката о возвращении дела в прокуратуру.

К слову, Гузаиров, несмотря на обвинения в особо тяжком преступлении, находится на свободе.
