💼Нефтегазохимический «Сибур холдинг» собрал книгу заявок на выпуск 3,5-летних биржевых облигаций объемом $350 млн с расчетами в рублях, сообщил «Ведомостям» член совета директоров ассоциации брокеров НАУФОР Денис Шулаков.
Этот выпуск станет дебютным для «Сибура» с привязкой к иностранной валюте на российском рынке. Расчеты по сделке на Московской бирже запланированы на 19 февраля, агентом по размещению выступает брокер «Ньютон инвестиции».
Ставка фиксированного купона, который будет выплачиваться ежемесячно, установлена на уровне 9,6% годовых
