Должность министра сельского хозяйства Бурятии временно занял бывший начальник управления ветеринарии Амгалан Дармаев. Его кандидатуру предложил глава Бурятии и, если депутаты утвердят Дармаева тайным голосованием, он останется в должности. Голосование будет в конце февраля.
Перед тем, как занять должность чиновник собрался добровольцем на СВО. Однако сейчас старшие коллеги посоветовали повременить с СВО, потому что впереди важные весенне-полевые работы, где Дармаев нужнее.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
