Oб этом заявил глава «Россотрудничества» Евгений Примаков в эфире телеканала «Россия-24».
«Там говорится о том, что наше представительство, Российский информационно-культурный центр (РИКЦ), он же в народе называется Русский дом, должен быть зарегистрирован в качестве юридического лица по местному законодательству», - отметил он.
