З 27 па 31 студзеня ў беларускіх судах разглядалі як мінімум 51 крымінальную палітычную справу, у межах якіх судзілі 69 чалавек. Мінімум дзесяць судовых працэсаў праходзілі ў закрытым рэжыме.
У палітычных судах у згаданы перыяд прымалі ўдзел мінімум 43 суддзі. Найбольш распаўсюджаны палітычны крымінальны артыкул — «народны» артыкул 342 КК. Па ім судзілі 31 асобу. За «заклікі да санкцый» на гэтым тыдні судзілі мінімум восем чалавек. Агулам паводле дыфамацыйных артыкулаў судзілі 42 чалавекі.
