Падрабязнасці пераследу ўкраінскага егера сталі вядомыя летась з прапагандысцкага фільму, у якім Вячаслава падчас следчых дзеянняў вадзілі на ланцугу. Трох чалавек абвінавачваюць паводле 6 крымінальных артыкулаў, у тым ліку "здрада дзяржаве" і "агентурная дзейнасць". Працэс будзе весці суддзя Яўген Шаршнёў.
