При этом выложенный силовиками разговор с одним из задержанным выглядит буквально так: — Что 9 августа [2020 года] делали в центре города? — Шел мимо центра домой от гостей. С друзьями встречался, выпили.
Другой задержанный говорит, что "9 августа 2020 года был со своим другом в центре города на протестах. Видел там скандирующих людей, которые хлопали в ладоши, кричали и видел силовиков (напомним, что силовики разгоняли протестующих, кидая светошумовые гранаты прямо в скопления людей).

Уже осудили 6 групп людей по ст.342 УК за то, что 9-10 августа 2020 они "выходили на проезжую часть, выкрикивали лозунги, демонстрировали бело-красно-белые полотна". На данный момент известно 45 имен осужденных.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
