В Абхазии начался второй тур голосования на президентских выборах

Избранным во втором туре считается кандидат, получивший в совокупности большее число голосов избирателей по отношению к другому кандидату и числу голосов, поданных «против всех».

Повторное голосование считается состоявшимся, если в выборах приняли участие не менее 25% граждан, внесённых в списки избирателей. Всего в списках избирателей 143 960 человек.

Зампредседателя ЦИК РФ Николай Булаев возглавил делегацию ЦИК России, которая примет участие в международном наблюдении за голосованием.

Также в наблюдении за выборами примут участие ещё порядка 60 международных электоральных экспертов.
