По предварительным данным, 3 января 2024 года 13-летний подросток в квартире по улице Промышленной города Козьмодемьянска зажёг петарду, от хлопка которой получил повреждения в виде ампутации правой кисти, ожога глаз, с которыми был госпитализирован в медицинское учреждение для оказания помощи – сообщили в СУ СК России по Марий Эл.
В прокуратуре республики уточнили, что подросток нашёл петарду на улице во время прогулки и принёс её домой. По оперативным данным, использованная петарда не имела сертификации и не продается в легальных торговых точках.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
