Я вот думаю, что клиенты, а это небедные люди, сами виновны в таком результате. На людей, с которыми собираешься вести дела, надо смотреть. Изучать. Он может быть грамотным, или не глупым. Но трусость все нивелирует. Я вот давно уверен, что только смелый, авантюрный человек может добиваться чего-то значимого. В любой сфере. Мой старый пост на эта тему.
