Полиция возбудила дело об административном правонарушении по нескольким статьям КоАП РФ, включая управление транспортным средством с признаками опьянения.
В медицинском учреждении у водителя взяли анализ крови для проверки на наличие алкоголя или наркотиков. Полиция продолжает расследование.
