36 лет назад, 15 февраля 1989 года, территорию Афганистана покинули последние советские части.
Пять с половиной тысяч уроженцев Запорожской области, солдат и офицеров, с честью выполнили свой интернациональный долг, 127 из них погибли – навеки войдя в историю нашей страны.
И сегодня многие ветераны- афганцы встали в один строй с защитниками нашей Родины, служат в добровольческих батальонах, занимаются подготовкой военнослужащих, военно-патриотическим воспитанием молодежи, строят мирную жизнь в гражданских профессиях.
С большим уважением и признательностью за подвиг, мужество и самоотверженность в интересах России, желаю всем воинам-интернационалистам силы, добра и благополучия!
