1️⃣ Забываем про общепит. Готовим сами или покупаем полуфабрикаты в супермаркете (а-ля замороженная пицца)
2️⃣ Забываем про мелко-фасованные товары (мясо, рыбу и сыр в нарезке и т.д.). Покупаем только большие упаковки.
3️⃣ Забываем про био, органик, фирменные лейблы и иже с ним. Покупаем собственные марки (privat labels) супермаркетов.
4️⃣ Ходим только в дешёвые сети, дискаунтеры, такие как Netto, Penny, Aldi и тд.
5️⃣ Используем все возможные скидки и распродажи. Ставим все приложения магазинов, подписываемся на Payback и Deutschland Card, изучаем и используем купоны и проспекты...
6️⃣Товары длительного хранения покупаем ТОЛЬКО на распродажах с запасом, а не когда приспичило.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
