На данный момент строители активными темпами ведут котлованные работы. По словам куратора района Идриса Черхигова, рабочие обеспечены всеми необходимыми стройматериалами и техникой. Жилые комплексы планируется сдать в эксплуатацию в 2026 и 2028 годах соответственно.
