Растим будущее», озвученной на расширенном заседании правительства губернатором Хабаровского края Михаилом Дегтяревым. Для ее выполнения набор в Хабаровский государственный медицинский колледж имени Макарова увеличивается: в 2020 году было предусмотрено 500 мест, в 2021 году 600. Сегодня к выпуску готовятся 448 студентов медколледжа в Хабаровске, Комсомольске, Николаевске.
