🗣️ ما، دانشجویان دانشگاه هنر، با اندوه و خشم عمیق، قتل بی‌رحمانه‌ی امیرمحمد خالقی، دانشجوی دانشگاه تهران را محکوم می‌کنیم. قتل او، نه یک حادثه‌ی اتفاقی، بلکه نتیجه‌ی سال‌ها بی‌مسئولیتی، بی‌تفاوتی، و سرکوب مطالبات دانشجویی است.
📣 ما نیز در خطر هستیم. دانشجویان دانشگاه هنر، بارها درباره‌ی ناامنی مسیرهای پردیس‌ها، خطرات تردد شبانه، مزاحمت‌های خفت‌گیران و همچنین ماموران سبز پوش و فشارهای حراست هشدار داده‌اند.
ما دانشجویان، برای دادخواهی، برای امنیت و برای آرامش، گرد هم می‌آییم.
ما با هم هستیم و تا زمانی که امنیت ما، حقوق ما، و زندگی ما جدی گرفته نشود، صدایمان را بلندتر خواهیم کرد، به وقت و مکان:

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
