А мы напомним речь министра экономики Армении о том, что горожане передвигаются на «Мерседесах».
Надо понимать, что для армянских чиновников в значение слова общественный транспорт закладывается только закупка нового подвижного состава - MAN и барахло в виде GAZель / ZhongTong.Что такое транспорт, из чего состоит и что для него нужно создавать они не знают. Всё это результат отсутствия специалистов и кумовства.
А пока, наслаждайтесь зимним Ереваном. Мэрия города не ожидала, что и в этом году выпадет снег.
