P.S. В предыдущей статье мы ошиблись. Нуард Варданян не была гинекологом до назначения её председателем градостроительства Еревана. К тому моменту она занимала должность ассистента гинеколога, только выпустилась из ординатуры. Гинеколога мы ещё заслужить должны🤷
Проблема с этой девушкой заключается не только в её специальности, но и в её возрасте. Может ли она в юном возрасте: - реализовать стратегические задачи города - координировать деятельность подразделений - отвечать за качество принятых решений - инспектировать городские объекты - оперативно решать вопросы, с которыми не справляются руководители подразделений и т.д.
