Также отдельное внимание было уделено развитию детско-юношеского футбола и программе поддержки молодых футболистов в рамках ФНЛ.
По инициативе Министерства Спорта РФ будет запущена акция в честь 80-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной Войне – перед всеми матчами во всех лигах ФНЛ на стадионах будет звучать информация о земляках-героях того времени, о трудовых подвигах жителей города, где будут проходить матчи первенства.
