В дополнение к индексу за сентябрь "Минченко консалтинг" представляет интегрированный индекс, суммирующий результаты за предыдущие периоды.
✔️ С незначительными изменениями в суммарном количестве баллов сохраняются позиции устойчивых лидеров первой десятки индекса.
✔️Впервые в ТОП-10 индекса попадает глава Республики Саха (Якутия) Айсен Николаев, занимая 9 место. В сентябре глава региона в ходе ВЭФ провел ряд встреч с главами госкорпораций: Виталием Мутко (ДОМ.РФ), Андреем Костиным (ВТБ), Германом Грефом (Сбербанк). Также Айсен Николаев провел заседание возглавляемой им комиссии Госсовета по направлению «Энергетика».

All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you.
