•Մենք դեռ այն ժամանակ գիտակցում էինք, որ Արցախի հանձնմանը հետևելու է Ցեղասպանութան միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժարումը, քանի որ դա Թուրքիայի նախապայմաններից մեկն է, որոնց կատարումն ընդունել է Փաշինյանի վարչախումբը: Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է ընդունել այդ նախապայմանները, քանի որ նա իշխանության է բերվել Թուրքիայի և Թուրքիային աջակցող միջազգային ուժերի կողմից, և նրա նպատակն է թուրքական օրակարգը Հարավային Կովկասում առաջ մղելը:
