По поступающей информации апелляционная инстанция ужесточила приговор главе Киренска Александру Вициамову, ранее Киренским городским судом осужденному за злоупотребление должностными полномочиями на 3 года условно с испытательным сроком 3 года 6 месяцев.
Теперь Иркутский областной суд расширил ему наказание в виде лишения права занимать должности, связанные с осуществлением функций представителя власти на 2 года 6 месяцев.
Ввиду вступления приговора в законную силу, полномочия Вициамова прекращаются досрочно. В течение полугода состоятся досрочные выборы главы Киренска. Осужденный был избран главой города в 2020 году от Единой России.
