⚡️Избирательная комиссия №3437 отказала представителю КПРФ Андрею Чивикову в получении бумажного бюллетеня, под предлогом, того, что он значится в системе ДЭГ как "уже проголосовавший".

При этом тов. Чивиков заранее, до 2 сентября подавал заявление о предоставлении бумажного бюллетеня в ранее оговоренном МГИКом порядке.

Также сообщается, что после оформления жалобы, комиссия все же выдала бумажный бюллетень, однако меры по выявлению т.н. ошибки в системе ДЭГа по-прежнему не предприняты

❗️Это дает все основания предполагать, что неизвестные лица уже проголосовали от имени гражданина, и их незаконный голос будет учитываться при окончательном подсчете.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
