"Ich habe bei den OSZE-Wahlbeobachtern Anzeige wegen staatlicher Manipulation der Bundestagswahl erstattet. In der letzten Sitzungswoche des Bundestags, also vor 3,5 Wochen, ließ die Staatsanwaltschaft meine Immunität zum Schaden der AfD und mir aufheben."
I have filed a complaint with the OSCE election observers about state manipulation of the Bundestag election. In the last week of the Bundestag's session, 3.5 weeks ago, the public prosecutor's office had my immunity lifted to the damage of the AfD and me. In February 2023, a group of girls had tortured a girl for hours and filmed herself doing so. The video went viral millions of times and was thus a contemporary historical event in which the perpetrators have no right to the image. I had taken a screenshot of a perpetrator and published a comment on it. The mother had then reported me because I had published a picture of her daughter without first obtaining her consent. This was not legally effective because in the case of image rights violations by minors, both parents have to file a criminal complaint within 3 months, but the father did not do so. The public prosecutor's office, although it is not allowed to take action at all, because the legal requirements are not met, has taken this as an opportunity to have my immunity lifted with public effect. Every law student in Germany learns in the second semester that you first have to check the legal requirements before dealing with the content of the case. Obviously, the whole action is purely politically motivated. Apparently, they do not want any clarification about the Corona period and therefore they massively attack the health policy spokesman of the AfD parliamentary group and try to discredit him in public. This is manipulation of the elections by state authorities!
