Осудить за преступления против военной службы смогут и людей старше 27 лет. Раньше ВС определял субъектами преступления по статье об уклонении от прохождения военной и альтернативной службы как мужчин в возрасте от 18 до 27 лет. Теперь же обвиняемыми могут стать все мужчины, достигшие призывного возраста. Если раньше сама возможность совершить такое преступление оканчивалась в 27 лет, то теперь ответственность прекращается только по достижению предельного возраста службы или по окончанию мобилизации. Сроки давности не работают, если уклонист скрывается от следствия.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
