На заседании Законодательного Собрания он заявил: «Не знаю поменяет ли товарищ Трамп эту позицию, но точно ближайший период будет очень непростой. Все-таки дальнобойные ракеты — это другой вид угрозы, который уже напрямую касается Ростова, всех предприятий, всех наших основных объектов, которые здесь расположены», — отметил Юрий Слюсарь.
