Департамент городского имущества г.Москвы подал заявление о банкротстве ООО «Центр-Проект», дочки АО «Мосметрострой».
ООО «Центр-Проект» арендует у ДГИ земельный участок, расположенный по адресу: г.Москва, пер. Костомаровский, вл.3, стр.1, площадью 2300 кв. м., на нем расположен Дом культуры «Метростроя».
Компания систематически не платит ДГИ за аренду земельного участка, это и стало причиной подачи заявления о банкротстве.
Следует отметить, что само АО «Мосметрострой» недавно подало иск к ООО «Центр-Проект» на сумму более 253 млн. рублей.
