Решила перейти на безлактозное молоко. Что-то от обычного все чаще испытываю дискомфорт. Молоко добавляю только в кофе обычно. Как-то давно еще слышала, что у большинства людей с возрастом развивается непереносимость лактозы, и это абсолютно нормально.
⚡️Интересный факт: фермент лактаза, который помогает нам переваривать молочный сахар (лактозу), с возрастом вырабатывается всё меньше. Это заложено эволюционно, ведь взрослые в природе редко пьют молоко. Ну и все-таки коровье молоко предназначено для телят, а не для людей.
У некоторых это проявляется незаметно (легкий дискомфорт), у других сильнее.
Попробуйте заменить молоко на безлактозное или растительное, если чувствуете тяжесть — разница может быть заметной. Растительное мне не зашло, особенно овсянное. Кокосовое иногда норм.
