На 6:00 (20 Декабря) температура около +1.6 гр.
С 4:00 х утра пошла активная оттепель. На 4:00 температура составляла около 0..+1. Гр.

На данный момент идёт активное повышение температуры, по прогнозам максимальная температура может достигать +3.5 гр.

В целом на ЕТР будет преобладать относительно тёплая погода. В течении недели должно пару раз при морозить.

Уже пошло активное таяние снега, а это значит что сейчас возможно падение снега/ляда с крыш, гололёд (сильный)и таяние льдов.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
